Objective:- The main objective of the project is to rapidly improve the living conditions and well being of a significant number of people in Tsunami affected area by restoring basic social infrastructure, community and public service and livelihoods in Tsunami affected areas. The purpose is sustainable livelihood improvement and sound management of natural resource. The project beneficiaries include fishers, fisher agriculturist, small farmers, landless labours and small entrepreneurs.
